On Dec. 12, 1940, an article entitled “A NEW WORLD ORDER” by John G.
Alexander was placed in the Congressional Record calling for a world
federation. Also, in July 1940, an article entitled “THE NEW WORLD
ORDER: A Japanese View" was published in Contemporary Japan
magazine. And the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace
published a work called “THE NEW WORLD ORDER” calling for regional
and world federation, together with special plans for world order
after World War II. Alger Hiss, who was later found to be a member
of the Communist Party, became President of The Carnegie Endowment
for International Peace in 1946 after succeeding in establishing the
United Nations, the main governing arm of that NEW WORLD ORDER. In
1974, The U.N. General Assembly issued a report entitled “NEW
International Economic ORDER” outlining a plan to redistribute the
wealth from the rich to the poor nations.
“The manifest necessity for some collective WORLD CONTROL to
eliminate warfare and the less generally admitted necessity for a
COLLECTIVE CONTROL OF THE ECONOMIC AND BIOLOGICAL LIFE of mankind,
are aspects of one and the same process.” Wells proposes a
“collectivist ONE-WORLD STATE OR NEW WORLD ORDER” comprised of
“SOCIALIST DEMOCRACIES”. He advocates "universal conscription for

THE NEW WORLD ORDER, by H.G. Wells, published in 1940
On Sept 9, 1960 President Eisenhower signed
Senate Joint Resolution 170 promoting the concept of a federal
Atlantic Union. Atlantic Union Committee member Elmo Roper delivered
an address titled, “The Goal is Government of All the World” in
which he states: “For it becomes clear that the first step toward
World Government cannot be completed until we have advanced on the
four fronts: economic, military, political, and social. By chance,
the economic came first, and this was a very positive step. The
military has now come next, and that is necessary. The political
must come next, and the social will follow the political
organization.
“The NEW ORDER taking shape in the world today is
not the one imagined by the obsolete Statesman. Rather than
nation—states weighing in on a new global balance, a high—tech
archipelago of affluent city—regions is evolving amid a sea of
impoverished humanity. (Most of the world will be poor serfs to the
affluent masters — Ed. note) These city—regions are linked together
by transnational business firms (International bankers and
industrialists - Ed. Note) which, in ceaseless pursuit of new
customers, ARE CREATING NEW NETWORKS THAT BYPASS THE TRADITIONAL
NATION-STATE FRAMEWORK. (That means eliminating America - Ed. note)
By placing science and technology solely in the service of these
companies, fading nation—state governments are not only hastening
their own DEMISE; they are also accomplices in a GLOBAL STRATEGY

If current trends continue, such nation states as
Germany, Italy, United States or Japan will no longer be relevant
entities in the ultimate political configuration.
THE REAL DECISION MAKING POWER OF THE FUTURE, WILL BE A NETWORK OF
TRANSNATIONAL COMPANIES IN ALLIANCE WITH CITY-REGIONAL GOVERNMENTS.
The aim of fading national governments that support
such a strategy is to attain global technological and industrial
supremacy by CAPTURING the allegiance (read: slavery — Ed. note) of
the 800 million consumers within the rich regions. Committing the
vast majority of the world’s population to a GLOBAL UNDERCLASS is
not only unjust, but also unsustainable in a well—armed world.
The future will be characterized by a prosperous
network (read: secret combination — Ed. Note) of transnational firms
that will grow dynamically together in what is basically a G-7 CLUB,
LEAVING BEHIND THE GREAT MASS OF HUMANITY THAT CANT QUALIFY AS
CUSTOMERS. (Or as people, just as slaves -Ed. note
Imagine how such an ORDER would redraw the world map:

Combination) archipelago of technopoles comprising less than

changed to the All-Soviet Communist Party (Bolshevik). In 1952, it
became the Communist Party of the Soviet Union, which it has
